Term of Use/Service for my Nitro Avatars/Assets:

• Do not boost my server and then leave. If you do this, you will be banned, blacklisted and your rights to use the assets will be provoked
• Do not share assets with anyone. Not your friends, not your partner, not your family. No sharing whatsoever is allowed.
• Assets in Nitro are not allowed to used on Nitro/Free models unless permission is granted. You can ask for permission by opening a ⁠help-ticket. Otherwise, the assets can be used on full commercial and/or personal models.
• You may not resell my assets and the meshes on their own. They must be part of a completed model.
• Credit must always be given when using my nitro assets. Failure to credit, especially after discussing the matter with you will result in a ban.
• You do not have to keep boosting to have commercial rights to sell models using my assets, but you must stay in the server. Once you leave the server/are banned, you will lose all rights to using my assets.
